SPOTLIGHT: Meet-N-Eat with Jeet Sawhney (Sawant)

Do you like good food and good conversation? Do you enjoy the delicious flavors of Indian-inspired cooking? We have good news for you! Next week we will be featuring a very special guest chef from our community–Jeet Sawhney (Sawant), a top 20 competitor on season 14 of MasterChef Generations. Despite being employed full-time as a Senior Talent Programs Specialist at Columbia, Jeet has spent her free time working hard to make a name for herself in the world of food. Her culinary journey began in college, starting with influences from her childhood growing up between New Delhi and Chicago, and eventually expanding to include flavors from all around the world. Jeet focuses her work on creating beautiful memories paired with good food that nourishes the foodie in us all. Her efforts to explore that very personal connection each of us has with food has allowed her to expand her skills and connect with her eaters on a deeper level. Be sure to catch her featured meal during Thursday’s lunch service!
