The result? Food that’s exceptionally fresh and delicious\, better for the planet and you. \nThe Source Farms partnership agreements are made with intention\, selecting every farmer based on who already displays a steadfast commitment to doing right by people\, animals\, and the planet. Their facility features interactive experiences such as an observatory and planetarium\, as well as an indoor\, multi-use facility. As the mission states:  We’re fostering an engaged\, imaginative and scientifically literate community. \nIn honor the September Epsilon Perseid meteor shower\, The Carlton Observatory team will be joining us for a special pop-up during lunch\, bringing with them a wealth of knowledge about the cosmos\, the opportunity to purchase your very own star\, and information about events and programs at the observatory!
